Military Needs Mayport Carrier

December 7th 1941 marks the date that the United States of America was attacked at Pearl Harbor during World War II. It also marks the importance of locating at least one Nuclear Aircraft Carrier at Mayport Naval Station in Jacksonville, Fl. The adage of “all your eggs in one basket” continues to be true as the politics of Washington slow and confuse the obvious. Placing a Carrier at Mayport makes solid strategic sense as we reflect back to the terrible loss of life and battle capacity loss caused by locating all our assets in one port. Hardesty, Tyde, Green & Ashton appreciates the role that strategic planning takes in handling complex legal matters. We also understand the commitment it takes to serve this country as a member of our military. We encourage you to contact us if we can help you with the strategic planning of complex legal matters or to answer a Military Law question by one of our retired Army or Navy officers, Marc Hardesty or Frank Ashton.
