Now You Will Know About Past Medical Malpractice

Justice has prevailed. As active members of the Florida Justice Association (FJA) we are proud that our four year legal battle has ended with victory on behalf of the citizens in this state. Hospitals and Doctors are now required to provide their complete history of medical errors to include permanent injury and death if requested. It is no accident that informed decisions save lives. You have the right to know about the medical facility and doctor that you are entrusting your life and well being with medically. The Florida Medical Association and Florida Hospital Association have waged a fierce battle for over four years to hide the truth. This ruling by the Florida Supreme Court takes away the refuge of the dark file cabinet containing records of the facts behind the misery caused by medical neglect and error.
